Wyatt McDonnell

Wyatt McDonnell, PhD, is Co-Founder, CEO and Chairman of Infinimmune, a biotechnology company pioneering the discovery and development of fully human antibody therapeutics using its proprietary Anthrobody® platform and GLIMPSE™ antibody language model. Under his leadership, Infinimmune has established strategic collaborations with Merck, including a multi-target discovery partnership valued at up to $838 million in potential milestones, and Grid Therapeutics to advance novel antibody therapies for cancer. In August 2026, Infinimmune raised $75 million in Series A financing to advance its therapeutic pipeline and expand its discovery platform.

Previously, Dr. McDonnell held scientific leadership roles at 10x Genomics and conducted immunology research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he earned his PhD. He has co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and is an inventor on numerous patents spanning immunobiology, genomics and antibody discovery.
