Registration Policy

By registering for a Longwood Healthcare Leaders meeting, you agree to the following terms:

The registration fee for our meetings is non-refundable. If a participant needs to cancel attendance, the participant may transfer their registration to a colleague, if that colleague meets the target audience requirements of the conference, or to transfer the registration to the next meeting. 

In the case of postponement of an event, all registrations will be accepted for a rescheduled or subsequent meeting.

Other terms:
​

By registering for Longwood Healthcare Leaders meeting, you authorize Longwood Healthcare Leaders to use individual or group photos taken of you during the event and in future marketing and promotion materials.
