Scott Requadt

Scott has over 24 years of operating and investing experience in biotech and pharmaceuticals. Most recently, he was CEO of Talaris Therapeutics, which was developing a novel cell therapy to induce or restore immune tolerance in organ transplant and severe auto-immune disease settings. In support of Talaris' late-clinical stage pipeline, he grew Talaris from 10 to 135 FTEs and raised over $330M, including a successful IPO in 2021.

He previously spent 14 years at Clarus Ventures (acquired by Blackstone Life Sciences), where he led and managed numerous investments spanning therapeutics, medtech and diagnostics. His original training is in finance and law, and he holds an MBA from Harvard, a JD/LL.B from University of Toronto and a B.Com from McGill.
