Under Nathan's leadership, Flatiron has built a unified, global oncology engine that transforms patient experiences into actionable insights. He is focused on delivering trusted insights that drive clearer decisions and better outcomes—reducing uncertainty at oncology's highest-stakes moments. With 6M+ patients in its network and growing to 10M+, Flatiron powers the largest, most representative oncology dataset globally. Nathan championed Flatiron's VALID Framework, an industry standard for AI data quality that demonstrates Flatiron's commitment to responsible innovation and scientific rigor.

Prior to becoming CEO, Nathan served as Chief Business Officer, where he led Flatiron's commercial efforts across the Evidence business in addition to strategy, corporate development, and international businesses in the UK, Germany, and Japan.
