Bill Heiden

Bill Heiden is an experienced global healthcare executive and board leader with extensive experience leading public and private biopharmaceutical companies in the United States and internationally. Over the course of his executive career, he directed the development and commercialization of innovative therapies across multiple therapeutic areas and led more than $1 billion in strategic acquisitions, divestitures, licensing transactions, and capital financings.

Mr. Heiden currently serves as Chairman of the Board of MacroGenics (Nasdaq: MGNX), where he is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees; as a director of Atara Biotherapeutics (Nasdaq: ATRA), where he chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee; as Chairman of Third Pole Therapeutics; and as Vice Chairman of Boston Collegiate Charter School.
