The Koch Institute is located at 500 Main Street between Ames Street and Vassar Street, two blocks from the Kendall/MIT subway station on the MBTA red line at the edge northern edge of the MIT campus in Cambridge. Parking in the area is limited and surrounding roads are prone to construction.
