Conference Cancellation Policy: If a participant needs to cancel attendance in the meeting, registration can be applied to a peer-level colleague or to the subsequent Longwood Healthcare Leaders conference.

Miami CEO Cancellation Policy: If a participant needs to cancel attendance in the Miami CEO, registration can be applied to the subsequent Longwood Healthcare Leaders meeting. Hotel reservations and cancellations are made independently by contacting the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne.
